RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of the date of delivery on regular priced merchandise. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached.) Exchanges will only be made if the item is available at the time of receiving the return.
*Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items from the Secondhand Thrift store cannot be returned or exchanged. These are consider FINAL SALE items
DAMAGED ITEMS or Wrong Item Recieved
PB & Jams checks each item and order thoroughly before shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged (excludes secondhand thrift items) or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing pbjamsbamboo@gmail.com. Be sure to include order number in the subject line and in email. Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
